Who can be a Hall and Recreation member? Membership is open to the public. It is for anyone interested in receiving invitations to events, summer activities and local goings on in the Summer Village of Rochon Sands.
What do you get for becoming a member? The biggest asset to becoming a member is being a part of this great community of ours. Membership fees contribute to the cost of running such events as movie night, craft day, Canada day celebrations, New Years and other seasonal events. Membership fees also assist in maintenance of the hall, tennis courts, playgrounds and other recreation items around the village of Rochon Sands, a beautiful and important village for everyone who enjoys it's amenities. Being a member also guarantees you an invitation to any Hall and Recreation Events. You will also have access to the community directory.
What type of programs are run through the hall and recreation association? Scheduled ticketed events. Activities for the whole family including movie night, kids craft and exercise classes Family day festivities Canada day festivities Fireworks New Years Eve Celebration Initiatives for playground and beautifying. Seasonal activities and celebrations
What is the cost of membership? $25/household or $10/person
How do I become a member? Come on out to the spring kick off and membership drive. The cost of membership is the cost of the ticket. On the May Long Weekend, volunteers will also be visiting door to door to inquire about memberships. Contact the Membership Team below if you have any questions or would like to join!
